Real estate leads go cold faster than in most industries. After 5 minutes pass, you are 21 times less likely to qualify a lead than if you’d have responded in that window of time. With Structurely, this is a concern of the past.

“The odds of contacting a lead if called in 5 minutes versus 30 minutes drop 100 times. The odds of qualifying a lead if called in 5 minutes versus 30 minutes drop 21 times.” – Lead Response Management Study
Structurely believes the answer to this problem lies with a chatbot named Aisa Holmes. Aisa (an acronym for Artificial Intelligence Sales Agent) is the cornerstone of Structurely. She is programmed to handle and qualify leads quickly, well within the 5 minute window of opportunity.
In this article, we’ll dive into the details behind Structurely — how it works, what you’ll pay to use it, and what users are saying about its functionality.
Can Structurely really boost your real estate business by capturing and qualifying more leads? Let’s find out.
What Is Structurely?
Structurely brings artificial intelligence to the real estate industry with its chatbot/inside sales agent, Aisa Holmes. They designed Aisa to quickly respond to and qualify leads that come from any online lead provider you use.

In addition, Aisa continues to nurture leads that are unresponsive for a full 12 months. This venture-capital backed company was founded in 2015 by co-founders Nathan Joens and Andrew Dickelman, who still run the company.
Structurely has gotten a ton of positive press over the years, but actual customer reviews (aside from case studies on the website) aren’t as plentiful.
Structurely’s Best Features
The platform has a lot to offer, but the standout feature is the Artificial Intelligence. In fact, the entire product is built around this one feature. Read on to learn about the awesome features that make this product worth a look.
The Power of AI

Structurely brings the power of AI to the real estate industry with its chat bot, Aisa Holmes. They designed Aisa to respond within a minute or two of the initial chat message received.
Her tone and responses are more consistent than a human. She can also “talk to” and qualify multiple leads at once.
Because Aisa doesn’t take time off, she can respond to your leads at 2:00 AM just as well as she can handle an inquiry you receive during lunch.
Nurture Leads for 12 Months
Structurely says it takes 6-8 contacts to close a deal. Dealing with many internet leads means that most realtors drop off before the necessary amount of contact is made with a lead.
This hurts their overall chances of closing a deal. Aisa, the AI-powered chat bot, continues to gently reach out to leads that don’t respond over 12 months, a total of 25 times, to make sure you’re always cultivating your leads.
Mute Holmes at Any Time
While Aisa is a helpful tool that keeps leads from falling through the cracks, she isn’t meant to handle the entire process. Structurely makes it easy for you to take over the conversation at any point you’re ready with the “Mute Holmes” feature.
You can also review the conversation up to the point where you jumped in on any device.
More Human, Less Robot

Structurely isn’t the first company to design a real estate-focused chat bot. But they’ve spent time perfecting the process and the way Aisa interacts with leads. Her vocabulary is simple and warm.
She uses emojis. And she can even recognize when a user mentions a major life event — marriage, divorce, a new job, or a new baby — so she can respond with empathy on a case-by-case basis.
She’s been programmed to respond to uncertain inquiries (“We’re really just looking right now”) with statements like, “No pressure! I’d be happy to set up a search for you in Charleston and send over a few listings you might like.”
Web, iOS, and Android Apps
Structurely has iOS, Android, and web apps to make it simple to keep track of what Aisa’s doing for your business. You can utilize any feature on the go directly from your app.
Coupled with the next feature, Instant Notifications, you’ll never miss a beat (or lead) no matter where you go.
Instant Notifications

Get push notifications for different events, including initial messages from leads and each response Aisa sends to them. Just tap the notification to open the conversation.
If you’re ready, Mute Holmes to take over and schedule an appointment or showing. Notifications can go to individual agents, brokers, and team leaders all at once to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
Buyer vs Seller Leads
Aisa Holmes responds differently to buyer and seller leads because each one is looking for something different. She uses specialty scripts to communicate with both buyers and sellers to help you qualify more leads.
Sync With Any CRM

This feature is pretty handy. Structurely links up with the most popular real estate CRMs to keep your leads information organized and ensure lines don’t get crossed.
If an agent has been assigned a lead in your CRM, Aisa has that information and uses the correct agent’s name in the chat messages she sends to that lead.
The connection goes both ways, too — any lead information gathered from a chat conversation (plus a copy of the conversation) Aisa has will be imported directly to your CRM so you can manage it as you see fit.
Local Phone Number and Live Chat
While live chat is the most exciting thing Aisa does, she also handles phone calls. When you sign up for a Structurely plan, you’ll get the option to choose a local phone number with your area code to cover the leads that prefer voice to text-based chat and keep your own number private.

Pros and Cons
As with any product, there are pros and cons. Read on to learn what we think makes this product good and also bad.
Pros (what we like)
We like Structurely for a few reasons. First, there’s a 14 day free trial available for each plan. Second, the name is customizable. If you don’t like the name Aisa, you can change it to anything you’d like.
Unlike other products, there are no contracts to sign. Everything is month-to-month. There’s a even a 16% discount if you pay annually instead of monthly.
For each one of our reviews, we test the customer support. When we reached out to a team member with a quick question, we got an instant response and super-helpful information that went above and beyond what we’d asked.
Cons (what can be improved)
If you go over the allotted amount of leads in a month, there’s no “auto shutoff” feature. You will pay a set price per lead.
- Starter plan $3.50 per lead overage
- Growth is $2.50 per lead overage
- Build is $2 per lead overage
A few other cons are that you can’t delete agents on your own if someone leaves. For this, you’ll have to reach out and have the Structurely team take care of it for you. Also, you can’t customize scripts for Aisa (yet). Not the end of the world, but the customization would be a nice feature to have.

Summary
Structurely offers compelling value for established agents and teams seeking to automate their prospecting. The chatbot has the potential to save big money on payroll costs. The technology is still new, but intriguing.
Overall
4.2User Review
( votes)Considering the suite of features, pricing information, as well as pros and cons, we believe Structurely is an intelligent choice (see what we did there?) for any real estate agent, team, or agency.
It also helps solo agents follow up with more leads than they’d ever be able to on their own. It’s capable of assisting bigger teams in keeping track of who is handling what lead, past conversations with those leads, and more.
The company has great customer support, essential CRM integrations, the ability to customize plans to fit your needs (leads and number of users), and fair pricing.
Structurely seems to have created a great platform for realtors who need extra help qualifying and following up with leads, but don’t want to hire an inside sales agent just yet.
Should You Use Structurely?
Overall, we think Structurely offers an interesting alternative to hiring an employee. While the technology is still new, it’s certainly ahead of the pack. After all, AI is the way of the future.
If you’re considering giving AI chat bots a whirl, we think Structurely is a great option.
