Make sure you choose the best CRM platform for your needs by reading our comparison of these popular platforms. Let’s see which one comes out a winner when we look at REIPro vs. Realeflow.
About REIPro
REIPro has been around since 2015. It was founded by Chris Goff and Bo Manry, who had backgrounds in real estate investing and software engineering.
This Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform was designed to aid real estate investors with lead generation, marketing, and lead management.
About Realeflow
Realeflow is a bit more established, having been in business since 2007 when CEO Greg Clement founded the company. During that time, Realeflow is used by more than 100,000 real estate investing professionals.
Realeflow’s core purpose is to help investors with lead generation, find the most highly motivated sellers, and analyze and track those leads.
Each platform has a similar mix of features, but one seems to stand out. Let’s compare the features and capabilities of each below.
REIPro vs. Realeflow Features
We’ll cover and compare each platform’s features in-depth here to determine a Features category winner.
Seller Lead Search
REIPro: Using REIPro’s Property Lookup feature allows you to filter and look for properties that meet your investment criteria, like bank-owned, pre-foreclosure, absentee ownership, and more.

Realeflow: The Leadpipes feature is one of the best, allowing real estate investing (REI) professionals to search for motivated seller leads using the most detailed filters and search criteria.

All the basic REIPro search filters and more are available here, including potentially inherited properties, zombie properties, free and clear, low equity, and bored investors.
More than 148 million properties are included in this database. Both platforms allow you to search by more general criteria like county, city, and ZIP code, as well.
Review and Compare Property Sales
REIPro: This feature lets you view details on a property and run a comparative analysis. These details are necessary if you’re considering making an offer on a seller’s property.
If you like the information you see, you can use REIPro to send an automatic offer to the seller.
Realeflow: The DealAnalyzer tool is Realeflow’s way of making all past property sales and data available to you. You’ll use it to accurately figure the current value of a property, your potential profit, and to help recommend a starting offer for you to send.
You can toggle the options in the DealAnalyzer to best fit your circumstances, from holding times to different financing options.
Estimate Repair and Rehab Costs
REIPro: No related features
Realeflow: The property repair and rehab estimating tool feature is called Hammerpoint in Realeflow. Here’s how it works: You’ll take a walk through the property using Hammerpoint, noting the repairs and changes you want made.

The tool will guide you as you go, directing you to check specific areas and determine problems that might not have been obvious at first.
From this information, the tool generates an estimate report, showing you how much you will likely spend on materials and labor to make the repairs.
Our favorite part of this feature is the handy link with Home Depot products. Every item in the tool is listed with the correct Home Depot barcode, so you can bring an exact list to the store and know you’re getting the right materials.
Build a Lead Generation Website
REIPro: No website included; you can connect an existing website if you have one
Realeflow: Here’s where Realeflow really starts to shine. With a website included in your monthly plan, you’re getting an online destination for your seller leads to visit.

You don’t need to be a web design expert to have a great-looking site. Realeflow websites are already designed and ready for you to customize as much or as little as you want.
Drag and drop text, images, lead capture forms, and other elements right on the page. You can even add additional pages to your site for location-specific landing pages and squeeze pages. Reviewers say this is easily one of the best features Realeflow offers.
Property Listing Landing Pages
REIPro: No related features
Realeflow: Every new property you list can have its own webpage with a unique URL that allows you to track how many views it’s getting and how long people spend on the page.
MLS details can easily be plugged into the page, showing all property details a buyer wants to see – bedrooms, bathrooms, acreage, square footage, photos, and more. This makes it easy to market-specific listings on your social accounts or other websites.
Direct Mailing Made Simple
REIPro: Using REIPro’s postcard templates, you fill out and send postcards to the seller leads you find on the platform to send offers or lease option cards and stay top of mind. There is an additional fee to have the postcards printed.

Realeflow: Realeflow’s direct mailing features are more robust and can be customized depending on what you need. Realeflow will handle everything – printing, stamping, and mailing – if you choose that option for an additional cost.

You can select “handwritten” fonts to help your mailers appeal to more sellers. If you don’t want the full service done for you, you can still use your seller lead lists to generate postcards that you print, fill out, stamp, and send yourself.
Email Marketing Automation
REIPro: No related features
Realeflow: We like this hands-off feature for lead engagement and nurturing. When you connect with a new lead, Realeflow will automatically send an email that you’ve prewritten to their email address.
You can use this automated marketing function to make sure you make contact with new leads right away, when their interest is likely to be highest.
Set additional emails to send when specific actions are triggered, like if they complete some searches on your site or haven’t responded in a while. You can turn this feature off and on with one click.
Features Winner: Realeflow
With more features and functionality across the board, Realeflow is the undeniable Features category winner. It’s a more robust platform than REIPro.
This allows you to branch into email and direct mail marketing, build a unique website with landing and squeeze pages, estimate repair and rehab costs, plus do in-depth seller searches that put you onto the most highly motivated seller leads.

Comparing Reviews

Check out some user reviews online for both platforms and see how they differ. We found these on various platforms from around the web.
REIPro Reviews
Melanie H., real estate agent
“The integration of the leads from our website into REIPro were not ideal. It still required manual entry to some degree and I believe would also import one lead as two leads if they filled out two forms on our website. Also, pulling bulk lists was cumbersome and tedious with the load time!”
Amy S., staff reviewer
“Whether you’re new to real estate investment or you’re a seasoned pro, REIPro could be a bit overwhelming with its numerous tools. There are guides and calculators and contracts and marketing tools galore, which is great in theory, but if you feel overwhelmed, you might not push forward. Support is only standing by to answer you during business hours on weekdays.”
Realeflow Reviews
Debbra H., real estate agent

Reviews Winner: Realeflow
The comments from users across the web are consistently positive regarding Realeflow. For REIPro, we had a lot of trouble finding up-to-date reviews from verified sources outside of the company’s website.
Realeflow users are specific about their favorite features, and some of the ways this platform beats out the rest to be one of the best CRMs for real estate investors.
Overall Winner: Realeflow
After reviewing company backgrounds, features, pricing plans, and customer reviews, we named a winner in each category to keep track of the places where each platform stands out.
In features, Realeflow was the winner due to its range of features and the variety of ways they can save a real estate investor valuable time and money.
In pricing, Realeflow was the winner because it offers three levels of pricing with varying amounts of included features. The pricing plans were comparably priced with REIPro’s while providing more bang for your buck.
In customer reviews, Realeflow came out on top again due to the consistently positive reviews online in forums, websites, and consumer review sites.
With a fully-functional CRM, your own lead-generating website, landing pages, email marketing, direct mail marketing, and special tools like rehab and repair cost estimators, it seems to be the “one stop shop” every investor is looking for.
With big wins in every category, Realeflow is, hands-down, the winner here.
