Reviews state that there are required 6- or 12-month contracts to use BoldLeads. The pricing information above was based on a user who signed a 12-month contract.
It can be billed to you annually or you can pay bi-annually or per month for a fee. This sounds confusing, and most agents think that the price above is the all-in price.
However, it’s important to understand that the listed prices are simply the “ad management” fees. The cost of acquiring new leads through ad platforms is variable, and is not included in this monthly fee.
Of course, this takes a lot of manpower, and that’s what your monthly fee is paying for. While it sounds expensive, think of all the time you spend chasing cold leads. In many cases, the time savings alone can easily pay for the monthly fee.
Also, you cannot get BoldLeads on a month-to-month basis. Instead, you must sign up for a minimum of six months. If you sign up for 12 months, then you can get a discounted rate.
Pros and Cons
There are a ton of great features and positive things about BoldLeads, but we’ll also point out a few things we didn’t like.

- Lead nurturing that works. Text Concierge, funnels, and automated drip campaigns make it easier than ever to keep your leads engaged over time.
BoldLeads Cons (what can be improved)
- Not all leads are good leads. Because BoldLeads targets buyers and sellers who are very early in the process, not every lead you receive will be a lead you can qualify and convert.
- You don’t get to see the ad creative – ever. This can be frustrating, especially if you want to see your exact cost per lead or view the ads that drew your best leads in.
- Pricing transparency. While a lot of platforms don’t make their pricing information public, it’s much easier to make a decision when you can estimate how much you’ll pay each month before going through the process of talking to the sales team.

Overall, we think BoldLeads is an intuitive, easy-to-use platform. Their team of lead generation experts acquire and vet leads for you so you can focus on selling.
Even better? Their territories are limited, so there’s no need to worry about other agents cannibalizing your leads. The more time you devote to generating leads, the less time you have to work directly with clients.
