What Is RealtyJuggler?
What’s one commodity it seems real estate professionals never have enough of? For many, the answer is time. Tons of real estate software options – especially Customer Relationship Management software (CRMs) – exist in an attempt to simplify the lives of real estate agents and brokers.
The problem is, some of these programs are too complicated for busy agents to waste time figuring out. Sophisticated CRM software fails to help real estate professionals save time, even if the features it offers are wonderfully useful.
Davette Everly, a real estate agent, and Scott Schmitz, a software engineer, are the founders of RealtyJuggler. They built it on the concept of helping agents and brokers save time by keeping their real estate CRM software features simple and straightforward.
RealtyJuggler is a real estate CRM platform built on the principle of being easy to use for agents who don’t have time to figure out complicated software.
If you’re considering RealtyJuggler, you’ll want to know what features are built into the software, how much it costs, and the pros and cons of using this CRM over others.
We’ll take an in-depth look at what makes RealtyJuggler stand out so you can decide if it’s right for you.
RealtyJuggler’s Best Features
Simple doesn’t have to mean generic software with a lack of features. RealtyJuggler comes with a variety of features and functions that cover tasks from lead follow-up to tracking commissions. Below are the features that are included in the software.
Lead Management

Keep in touch with leads and track prospects via phone, email, or text, plus keep up with each communication you’ve had with them and schedule follow-ups. You can add prospect phone numbers to a daily call list for follow-up or outreach automatically.
- Track prospects and lead communication
- Schedule lead follow-up
- Create automatic daily call lists
- Text leads, clients, and prospects
Import Leads and Integrate
New leads from online IDX contact forms can be filtered into the CRM from any website. Leads, appointments, and contacts from other sources can all be imported and managed in the RealtyJuggler customer relationship manager:
- Top Producer
- ACT!
- Agent Office
- Online Agent
- MLS
- Website contact forms
- Tax records – FSBOs, Expired listings, tax-delinquent properties, foreclosed properties
- Other lead services
Store and Manage Documents
RealtyJuggler makes it easy to keep all your essential documents and forms in one place to stay organized. First, you’ll need to scan each document.
Once scanned documents are in the system, they can be securely shared with anyone you choose – from team members and clients to vendors and contractors.
The rental management feature allows you to track, organize, and manage all aspects of rental properties. This includes expenses, monthly rent payment, admin fees, work orders, and requests, and tenant communication.
- Upload and manage scanned documents
- Securely share database and documents
- Rental management
Reminders, Notifications, and Feedback
Make sure you never miss a deadline or appointment with RealtyJuggler’s built-in reminders, notifications, and automatic feedback requests. Reminders and notifications can be set up for personal tasks and reminders.
These include birthdays and work anniversaries, and for professional deadlines and milestones, like closing dates and vendor appointments. Have the notifications come to your phone as a text message or to your email inbox.
Another part of this group of features is the showing feedback request form. After showing a property or hosting an open house, you can direct potential buyers to an online form to answer questions about the showing.
- Set up text and/or email reminders and notifications
- Set up online showing feedback form and get notified of responses
Real Estate Marketing Hub
Manage your marketing tasks directly from RealtyJuggler with several options. Email and print marketing campaigns can be set up and scheduled to send to your leads. Every email can be customized.
You can build a marketing strategy and save it as a “task plan.” This will trigger reminders and notifications to send to your phone or email each time a task needs to be completed.
Listing flyers are easy to create with built-in templates that just require the specific listing information to be dropped in – photos, property details, listing price, etc.
Finally, you can utilize your yard signs more efficiently with the Call Capture feature (only available with a paid Twilio plan).
This feature allows anyone who drives by a property to call or text a unique number to get information or ask a question about the property instantly.
- Set up email marketing drip campaigns
- Create print marketing materials
- Set up task plans and reminders
- Listing flyer templates
- Call Capture from yard signs
Back Office and Transaction Management

Manage the back office of your real estate business with the ability to track commissions, splits, referral fees, and more. The included real estate calculators enable you to quickly and accurately figure the amount a client will pay for the following:
- Mortgage payments
- Maximum loan amount
- Renting vs. buying

( vote)For busy agents who want to spend more time with clients and less time managing leads and tracking day-to-day actions, this platform could be a great, cost-effective solution.
For those looking for a robust, cutting-edge platform, there are other, better options out there. We also think the entire system looks a little outdated.
If this were the early 2000’s, it’d fit right in. But it’s 2020 and we’d expect the system to be a little more modern and clean. Although this won’t affect the product’s functionality, it’s something to consider.
Should You Use RealtyJuggler?
With these pros and cons in mind, is using RealtyJuggler real estate software a good decision for your real estate business? The 90-day free trial is an excellent reason to give it a try.
After all, you’re committing to a full year, but at the expense of your time uploading and entering all your information and data into the platform.
If you decide that it’s not right for you, you do have 60 days to access and export the information you entered into the system.
We’d love to hear from agents who have used RealtyJuggler before or are considering signing up. How does it compare with other real estate CRMs you’ve tried?
