iHomefinder has three monthly price points: Standard, Premium, and Prime. There’s also a 30-day free trial using sample listings. And annual subscriptions get a 10 percent discount.
Each of the packages also requires paying a one-time setup fee. For the first two, it’s $99. Prime subscribers pay $499 for the initial setup.
Standard Package — $59.95
The baseline package includes advanced and basic search tools including polygon search. It also has the Optima leads mobile app. Standard comes with a WordPress website and theme.
The pre-built IDX pages will display featured listings and property details. Listing details can include maps, neighborhood amenities, school information, a mortgage calculator, and tools for social and email sharing.
The pre-built pages also have lead-capture forms. They capture user data when a user asks to schedule a showing, requests information, or saves a listing to favorites.
Premium Package — $99.95
The premium subscription includes the basic features plus a variety of market reports. Available reports include daily listing alerts and monthly market report emails.
Prime Package — $144.95

The major catch with iHomefinder is that it is not as user-friendly as some IDX plug-ins. The high degree of customization comes at the cost of a lot of complexity. iHomefinder is fairly easy to set up initially.
However, customizing the advanced features of iHomefinder to work the way an agent wants it to with data from the local MLS may require some programming skills. Any web designer experienced with IDX integration should have no trouble using iHomefinder.
Agents new to IDX and unwilling to hire a professional developer should be prepared to tackle a steep learning curve. Agents without much time to learn the product should stick to a simple IDX platform like Placester or Kunversion.
To make sure the subscription is going to be useful, it’s best to first try the free trial. If that works out, next go to a monthly subscription rather than signing up for a year immediately.
